PGx testing with East Gate Pharmacy will cost you nothing but a physician order is required. Your Primary Care Physician will be the one to decide testing is appropriate and must sign the order request form stating this test is a medical necessity for you. If your Doctor orders the test and your insurance company approves it, then you are all set! This is important because many PGx testing companies will send you a bill for the amount not covered by your insurance company.
